Meet your Tour Manager and fellow-travellers at London Heathrow airport, before we check-in for your scheduled overnight flight to Singapore.

08 Nov - Singapore
On arrival in Singapore, we will transfer to our hotel for a 3 night stay with breakfast

09 Nov - Singapore
This morning we depart on a sightseeing tour of Singapore with afternoon high tea at the world famous Raffles Hotel.

This evening we depart for the one of the highlights of Singapore, the Night Safari

10 Nov - Singapore - Bowls Match
Morning is free at leisure, before our Afternoon/Evening bowls fixture.

11 Nov - Singapore/Sydney
Morning transfer to the airport for our day flight to Sydney. On arrival in Sydney, we transfer to the Sir Stamford Cirular Quay hotel for a 4 night stay with breakfast.

12 Nov - Sydney - Bowls Match
Today is free for you to explore Sydney, be it on foot or on the Hop-on, Hop-off sightseeing bus.  You will be able to visit the iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge or just relax on Bondi Beach.

This afternoon we transfer to our bowls match with after-match supper included.

13 Nov - Sydney
Today we depart on a full day Blue Mountains and Australian Wildlife experience tour.  We will explore the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains and enjoy an afternoon at Featherdale Wildlife Park, where there will be an opportunity to cuddle a koala, hand-feed the kangaroos and encounter a large variety of Aussie wildlife in a beautiful, natural setting before returning to our hotel early evening.

14 Nov - Sydney - Bowls Match
This morning is free to explore more of Sydney. Early afternoon we transfer to our next bowls match.

This evening we board the Captain Cook MV Sydney 2000 for a Starlight Dinner Cruise around the amazing Sydney Harbour, with a 3 course contemporary Australian Dinner, wine and spectacular views.

15 Nov - Sydney to Gold Coast
This morning we transfer to Sydney airport for the short flight to the Gold Coast.  On arrival we check in at Outrigger Twin Towns Resort (Coolangatta) for the next 3 nights with daily breakfast.
 
16 Nov - Tweed Heads - Bowls Match
Free time this morning to explore the town.  Tweed Heads is on the far New South Wales coast on the Queensland border. Take a walk out to Point Danger where you will be greeted by a large memorial to Captain Cook. The memorial marks the New South Wales and Queensland border divide, and you can actually stand in both states at the same time!

This afternoon you will be transferred to your bowls match with after-match hospitality.

17 Nov - Tweed Heads - Bowls Match
Today is free for you to relax or explore before our afternoon/evening bowls match with after-match hospitality.

18 Nov - Brisbane to Cairns
Transfer to Brisbane airport for the flight to Cairns. On arrival we transfer to the resort of Port Douglas and check in to Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas hotel for the next 3 nights.  Port Douglas is the only place on earth where two World Heritage listed sites come together – the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest.  Stroll along Four Mile Beach, soak up the sunshine or chill out at one of the many al fresco eateries.

19 Nov - Port Douglas
We venture out to the Great Barrier Reef for a chance to snorkel in the warm waters of the Coral Sea and see the magnificent corals and sea-life, take a trip in a mini submersible and enjoy a delicious lunch.

20 Nov - Port Douglas
Today we take a trip into the Daintree National Park, the oldest living rainforest on earth.  We visit Mossman Gorge, see where the forest meets the reef, view Cape Tribulation where Captain Cook came to grief and take a boat trip on the Daintree River to spot crocodiles.

21 Nov - Port Douglas to Cairns
Today we depart Port Douglas and return to Cairns were we will take the Sky Gondola to the town of Kuranda.  Here we will spend the day browsing the markets and shops before boarding the train, down the mountain, and checking into to Holiday Inn Cairns hotel for 1 night.  This evening we will visit the world famous Tjapukai tribal dinner show.

22 Nov - Cairns to Adelaide
Transfer to Cairns airport for the flight to Adelaide. We will then transfer to Glenelg, Stamford Grand, our beach front resort, for the next 19 nights and check in to the 5* Stamford Grand Hotel (Ocean View Rooms) with breakfast.

23 Nov - Glenelg
Time to re-charge the batteries for the start of the World Bowls Championships.  Maybe spend some time on the beach, go for one of the many scenic walks or just stroll around the arcades and shops.

Join the rest of the tour groups for an informal welcome International Buffet lunch at the Watermark restauran, before we transfer to Locleys Bowling club for the opening ceremony of World Bowls 2012.  

24 Nov - Glenelg
This morning we will transfer you to the Bowling venues for the first round matches of the World Bowls Championships 2012.

25 Nov - 6 Dec - World Bowls Championships
We will be using a coach shuttle service, between the accommodation, Lockleys and Holdfast Bay Bowling Clubs throughout the Bowls Championships. Timetables and Schedules will be issued on arrival.

Optional sightseeing tours and other social events will be advertised daily throughout the Bowls Championships at your accommodation and our tour desk at Lockleys Bowling Club.

We will be arranging social roll ups with supper ($12 pppn) at the 14 rink Glenelg Lawn Bowling Club on Monday and Thursday evenings during the Championships - time to show your skills on the green!

7 Dec & 8 Dec - World Bowls Championships
Its finals weekend for the World Championships at Lockleys Bowling Club.

 9 Dec - World Bowls Championships
Today we will transfer you to final day of the World Championships and the Closing Ceremony at Lockleys Bowling club.

10 Dec - Glenelg
Day free to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and sightseeing at Glenelg. This evening join the rest of the tour groups for the end of Championships 3 course dinner at the Top of the World Revolving Restaurant.

11 Dec - Adelaide to Singapore
This morning we finally leave Australia and start to make our way home, but not before stopping off in Singapore for 2 nights.

12 Dec - Singapore
Today is free to enjoy Singapore and relax, before our afternoon/ early evening final bowls fixture, followed by a traditional end of tour dinner.

13 Dec - Singapore to London
Your last chance to pick up some Christmas presents before our late evening flight to London Heathrow.

14 Dec - Arrive London
We arrive into London Heathrow airport early morning, time to say goodbye to your fellow travellers and make your way home with some very happy memories of World Bowls 2012.
