On arrival in Mumbai you will be transferred
to the Trident Towers hotel for a 7
night stay with breakfast included.

Depart this morning on a trip to the
famous Elephanta Caves for an insight
into the Hindu religion. We take a boat
to Elephanta Island and visit the Caves
which date back to the 8th century,
with remarkable statues carved in stone.
This afternoon, we take a guided city
tour of Mumbai, visiting the Jain Temple,
the Hanging Gardens and Kamla Nehru
Park. We see the fascinating Dhobi Ghat
(the open-air laundry), the Mani Bhavan
(the former home of Mahatma Gandhi)
before finishing the tour at the Gateway
of India. |
