Privacy Statement In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, Sporting Highlights use the information you provide such as name, address and any special needs/dietary requirements etc. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. Any client with a medical condition or disability/religious requirement must be aware that information supplied to us will be passed to other companies and persons who supply the various parts of our travel arrangements. The suppliers may, depending upon your choice of holiday, be based outside the European Economic Area where controls on data protection may not be as stringent as in our country. We will not, however, pass this information to any party that is not responsible for your travel arrangements. The information may also be provided to security or credit checking companies and public authorities such as customs/immigrations if required by them, or as required by law. Sporting Highlights does not capture personal user information the Web Server merely logs the user's IP Address automatically in a Log File. These Log Files are simply used to determine hit rates and monitor traffic trends throughout our website. We do not use Cookies for collecting user information from our website and we do not collect any information about you except information submitted by yourself through our Brochure Request page or any other form, within our website. We do however use Cookies to help us monitor the pages you view and your return visits. Any information stored by us will only be used by Sporting Highlights / Sporting Destinations Ltd and will not be passed onto a third party. Sporting Highlights only emails users who have subscribed and opted in to our e-Services. All emails sent have instant unsubscribe and detail update options. This Privacy Statement only covers the Sporting Destinations Ltd and Sporting Highlights website, links within these websites to third party websites, are not covered by this policy. Notices All notices / communications shall be given to us either by post to our Premises (see address above) or by email to info@sportinghighlights.co.uk Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday. 10. Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Sporting Highlights shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Sporting Highlights and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. |
